Where are the shirts being shipped from?
Depending on your order, we will ship to you from our closest branch. We have warehouses ready to make and send your order in Canada and the United States.
Most international orders are shipped from our Canadian branch.
What currency are the shirts sold in?
All transactions on this website are in US Dollars.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
YES! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your email. The thank you email that would have received from us thanking you for your purchase, directly after you completed your purchase has a green status tracker icon at the bottom of it that if you refer back to - you can track your package through that.
Can I customize the color of shirt for my order?
YES! We offer a number of different colors that we are able to print on, although some colors in some sizes are limited to availability. If you see a shirt you like but want it in a different color, just select the color you want - you will see the thumbnail image change to the selected color . This will give you an idea of what the shirt will look like. Keep in mind, some images may not print well with the color t shirt selected, so please be careful when selecting! If you are unsure of how it will look, please contact us, or put a note in the comments section at checkout. We'll help as best we can.
What colors do you offer?
We offer more than 20 different colors, including:
Black, Charcoal Grey, Daisy, Dark Chocolate, Forest Green, Gold, Irish Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Military Green, Navy, Orange, Other, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Sport Grey, Tan, White and three STYLES of ringers, including Black, Navy and Red.
Do you offer hoodies?
Yes, we do! We are quite excited to announce we can now offer hooded pullovers, V-Necks, Tank Tops, Baby One pieces and COOKING APRONS.
How do I know what size to order?
Take a look at our sizing charts before ordering.
It's a good idea to find a t shirt you already own that fits well and lay it on a flat surface. Measure the tee. Compare your measurements to our sizing charts and select the size that is right for you.
See a t shirt but you wish it was a hoodie?or a v-neck? or a tank top?
No Problem, you can choose hooded pullover and other selections from our drop down menu. only certain types of apparel come in certain colors, so if the drop down menu doesn't gve you the choice you want (ie hooded pullover in pink) try another color selection.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard.
How long until you get your new tee?
We use USPS parcel service in the United States, Canada Post and other postage mediums in Canada and many different reputable shipping mediums to all other countries.
Our t-shirts and hooded pullovers are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt or hooded pullover and prepare it for shipping.
In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't guarantee it.
All shirts and hooded pullovers are processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order.
The average wait times vary for each country.
We ship USPS and people in the U.S. should expect their shirt or hooded pullover at their door 5-10 business days after processing time. Canada 6-14.
International orders can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive and during busy seasons such as Christmas, even longer.
Once your order is shipped there is a tracking number that you receive via email and can use to track your package (USA only).
International shipments also have tracking information until the package leaves the United States. Canadian orders do not have tracking information.

International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes & additional postage fees.
If you select "rush" during checkout, your order will be bumped to the front of the line and this normally reduces your delivery time by 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
Be sure to check our sizing chart for correct sizing selection. We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
If there is a defect in our product please contact us right away so we can fix the issue.
Because our shirts are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All defects must be reported back to us within 48 hours of the delivery tracking receipt
Returns will not be processed for shirts that are specific to a holiday event after the event date has passed (for example St. Patrick's Day themed shirts cannot be returned on or after March 17)
